Packing

Glansie is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded envelope. The address label shows the address of our office in Japan but gives no indication of the name or description of the product inside. The customs label describes the product as 'medical equipment'.

Shipping

Glansie will be normally be sent by airmail from our office in Japan. It will arrive with you after 5 to 10 days. The cost of airmail carriage is included in the price. All products leave our premises within 24 hours of us receiving your order.
